At plants in Silao, Irapuato, Celaya, and Apaseo, supervisors receive workers who come from the countryside, from another plant, or from their first job, and must build a team with them in weeks. Our leadership for supervisors, teamwork, effective communication, and conflict resolution courses use real line situations: the shift handover that goes wrong, the operator who does not report a defect, the argument between departments. Sessions are in-company at each plant, with groups by shift, and we complement them with mobile microlessons and live virtual sessions for managers from several plants.
