Yes. We use yours, your customer checklist or ours adapted; what matters is that it is the same for all comparable suppliers.

Do you cover all of Mexico?

Yes. We are based in Querétaro and León and audit in any state; travel is quoted per route to reduce cost.

What if the supplier already holds ISO 9001?

The certificate proves a system exists, not that it meets your specific requirements. For critical suppliers an on-site audit is still advisable, perhaps less often.

Can you audit safety contractors?

Yes: we evaluate competence, PPE, high-risk work permits, STPS compliance and their performance at your facilities, as ISO 45001 requires.

Is the report shared with the supplier?

You decide. The usual practice is to give them their findings and improvement plan, and keep the comparative rating for internal use.

What is a supplier audit?

It is a second-party audit: the one a customer performs —or commissions— at its supplier to verify it can meet the agreed quality, delivery, environmental and safety requirements. ISO 9001 asks you to control externally provided processes and products (clause 8.4), and ISO 45001 requires controlling contractors (8.1.4). Auditing is the most direct way to demonstrate it. For companies sourcing from Mexico, a local bilingual auditor removes travel cost and the language barrier on the shop floor.
