We handle the whole NOM-037-STPS-2023 cycle at your company: we identify who the standard applies to, draft the telework policy, apply the safety and health checklist for each workstation with photo evidence, train teleworkers and managers with a DC-3 certificate and leave the folder ready for an inspection. For remote and hybrid teams across Mexico.

It is the service that covers the obligations of NOM-037-STPS-2023 in a single project: identifying who the standard applies to (more than 40% of the workday outside the workplace), the teleworker roster, the written telework policy, the safety and health checklist validated with your health and safety committee, the annual training with a DC-3 certificate and the evidence folder. We do it for remote and hybrid teams of any size.
According to the standard and the Federal Labor Law, telework exists when a person performs more than 40% of their workday outside the workplace using information technologies. Many companies with a three-days-at-home hybrid scheme are already in scope and have not formalized it: no teleworker roster, no verification of where each person works and a home-office policy that is an email from 2021. NOM-037 requires concrete documents and evidence; the first step is counting who meets the definition and what is missing per workplace.
In general terms, the standard requires: an updated roster of teleworkers; a written telework policy with a gender perspective that includes, among others, the right to disconnect, communication mechanisms and reversibility to on-site work; verifying the safety and health conditions of the telework location with a checklist validated by the health and safety committee (by visit or by self-assessment with evidence); providing or compensating an ergonomic chair, equipment and accessories; maintaining the equipment; training teleworkers at least once a year; and having mechanisms for situations of domestic violence. We solve each point with a deliverable that goes into your STPS training plan and program.
The standard allows the checklist to be applied by visit or by the teleworker's self-assessment with evidence (photos or video) that the health and safety committee validates. We do it with a digital form: the person answers the guided checklist, attaches photos of their workstation (chair, desk, lighting, theectrical connection, ventilation) and the system generates a per-person report with findings and actions (adjust monitor, change chair, relocate cables). Your committee reviews and validates online; the evidence stays organized per teleworker. If your company also applies NOM-035, the psychosocial risk factors of telework join the same plan.
Five stages with deliverables that go straight into your evidence folder.
We review schedules and hybrid schemes, define who exceeds 40% outside the workplace and build the teleworker roster.
Teleworker roster per workplaceWe draft the written policy with you: communication, disconnection, equipment and expenses, reversibility, gender perspective and domestic violence; we disseminate it with evidence.
Signed policy and dissemination evidenceWe apply the safety and health checklist by visit or self-assessment with photos; the health and safety committee validates online.
Per-person reports and actionsWe train teleworkers on ergonomic and psychosocial risks and safe use of equipment, and managers on the policy; a DC-3 certificate per person.
DC-3 certificates and attendance listWe organize policy, roster, verifications, certificates and equipment maintenance; we schedule next year's training and review.
Inspection-ready folderEach piece answers an obligation of the standard and leaves a record you can show.
Guided checklist with photos from the phone, per-person report and online validation by the committee.

We review schedules, policy and the evidence you already have, and tell you what is missing. Request a proposal with three scope options.

Choose based on what you already have; the end-to-end service combines them.

If you only need to verify telework locations, we apply the checklist with photos and deliver per-person reports for your committee.

If you already have the policy and roster, we train teleworkers and managers on ergonomic and psychosocial risks with a DC-3 certificate.

If you want to close all obligations at once, we take the full project: scope, policy, verification, courses and folder.
Telework also falls under psychosocial risk factors: schedule, work-family interference and social support. We integrate NOM-037 with the NOM-035 compliance service and with a workplace climate survey for remote teams.
Teams at home need time and communication agreements: the time management course, the effective communication course and cybersecurity awareness join the same plan with DC-3.
The annual NOM-037 training is recorded in your STPS training plan and program, and digital onboarding delivers the policy and the checklist to every new hire from their first remote day.
Kickoff visits and committee validation where we have a team, and online verification for teleworkers across Mexico.
Real projects told with facts, not promises.
Train crews spread across restaurants in several Mexican states and the United States with the same standard — and give every employee a clear view of how to grow inside the company.
