Training programs for warehouse operators, forklift drivers, truck drivers, last-mile couriers, shift supervisors and administrative staff of distribution centers, 3PLs, fleets, airports and ports in Mexico. What does Geedle's logistics and transportation training include?

It is a catalog of courses for warehouses, distribution centers, 3PLs, fleets and last mile that combines technical and safety courses (warehouse safety, defensive driving, first aid, 5S) with skills for supervisors and shift teams (leadership, communication, time management, NOM-035). It is delivered per shift, with a DC-3 certificate and Geedle Bot to answer questions at any hour.

01

Why is training so hard in a distribution center?

Because the operation never stops: there are three shifts, seasonal peaks, temporary staff who join for a few weeks and drivers who are almost never at the warehouse. Getting a full shift into a classroom means stopping the picking line or paying overtime, and the course ends up half-delivered or postponed. We design 10-to-15-minute microlessons taken on the phone before the shift starts, short on-site sessions on the warehouse floor or in the yard, and practice with the procedures, equipment and hazards of your own operation. Training moves forward without holding back shipments or routes.

02

Which safety courses matter most in warehouses and fleets?

Warehouse safety for anyone who walks among racks, forklifts and docks; defensive driving for delivery drivers, tractor-trailer operators and last-mile couriers; first aid for brigades and supervisors; and 5S so that floor order stops depending on one person. These are the topics that most affect accidents, damaged goods, fleet claims and findings in STPS inspections. We work on them with hazard-identification walks in your warehouse, analysis of real incidents from your operation and, for forklifts, simulator practice before getting on the equipment.

03

How do we leave records for the STPS, client audits and insurers?

Every course records attendance, grades and progress on the platform and issues a DC-3 certificate to those who meet the criteria. That evidence serves STPS inspections, the audits that a 3PL's clients run on their providers and the driver training files that insurers and corporate clients request. If your company runs several warehouses or a distributed fleet, the e-learning platform for companies brings courses, records per site and Geedle Bot together in one place, with reports by warehouse, shift and position.

Artificial intelligence

An AI agent supports every participant during and after the course

Geedle Bot is trained on the syllabus, materials and recordings of your course. Participants ask in plain language and get an exact answer, not a generic one.

  • Knows every detail of the course: dates, syllabus, deliverables and certificate criteria
  • Solves problems in real time, at any hour, from Moodle, WhatsApp, Teams or Slack
  • Delivers the exact minute and second of the recording where the instructor explained the topic
  • Reinforces what was covered with summaries and review questions, and escalates to the instructor when needed
  • Shows HR which topics raise the most questions so the course can be adjusted

Training by role

Warehouse operators and forklift drivers: warehouse safety, 5S and first aid. Drivers and couriers: defensive driving, customer service and stress management. Shift supervisors and warehouse managers: leadership, teamwork, effective communication and time management. Administrative and traffic staff: business Excel and cybersecurity. Each path ends with a micro-credential and can be browsed in the full course catalog.

02

Forklift simulator and operational e-learning

So an operator can practice before getting on the equipment we have the forklift simulator and other 360° simulators (extinguisher and evacuation, first aid and CPR, lockout-tagout). With online course production we turn your receiving, picking and shipping procedures into SCORM courses with your own equipment and layout.

03

Workplace climate and NOM-035 in logistics

Warehouses and fleets have their own psychosocial risk factors: night shifts, seasonal peaks, hourly productivity targets and long days on the road. We measure the starting point with a workplace climate survey and comply with the NOM-035 software before designing the corporate training plan.
