Up to 15 workers
Small businesses, firms and small branches.
- Prevention policy
- Reference guide I
- Communication
- Basic records
We handle the full NOM-035-STPS-2018 cycle at your company: we apply the reference guides with our software, deliver results by area, draft the prevention policy, train your staff with DC-3 certificates, build the action plan and leave the evidence binder ready in case an STPS inspection arrives.

It is a service that covers every NOM-035 obligation in a single project: diagnosis of psychosocial risk factors and the organizational environment with software, results by area, prevention policy, communication and DC-3 courses, an action plan and an organized evidence binder for the STPS. You approve; we execute.
Because they stop at the questionnaire. Applying a survey is only one part: the standard also requires a psychosocial risk prevention policy, communicating it, identifying people who experienced severe traumatic events, analyzing results, taking control measures and keeping records. It is common to find companies with surveys applied years ago, no action plan and no follow-up evidence. End-to-end NOM-035 compliance closes that gap: every obligation has a deliverable, a date and an owner, and everything goes into a binder you can show during an inspection or a customer audit. Nothing is left to memory.
In general terms, workplaces with up to 15 workers must have a prevention policy, identify anyone exposed to severe traumatic events and communicate the information. From 16 to 50 workers, the analysis of psychosocial risk factors with reference guide II is added. With more than 50, guide III applies, which also evaluates the organizational environment. We review your case by workplace; this guidance is informational and does not replace legal advice. The NOM-035 software applies the right guide to each workplace. If your headcount changes during the year, we review the scope again before the next application.
That is where the most neglected work begins. With results by area and domain we identify where risk levels are highest, prioritize with your team and design an action plan with concrete measures: workload adjustments, leadership and communication training for managers, channels to receive workplace violence complaints and recognition programs. The training part is covered by the NOM-035 course with DC-3 and skills courses for supervisors. Every measure is recorded with its evidence for follow-up. We review progress with you every quarter and adjust measures that are not working, so the next diagnosis shows real change.

Choose based on what you already have; the end-to-end service combines them.

If you only need to apply the guides and get results by area, the NOM-035 software handles it with anonymity and ready-made reports.

If you already ran the diagnosis, we train workers and managers on psychosocial risk factors with a DC-3 certificate registered with the STPS.

If you want to close every obligation at once, we take the full project: diagnosis, policy, courses, plan and binder.
If you are missing only one piece, each one exists on its own: the NOM-035 software to apply the guides, NOM-035 corporate training for groups and the online NOM-035 course with DC-3 for all your staff. If you already handled the diagnosis or the training on your own, the end-to-end service completes only what is missing and adds it to the same evidence binder.
NOM-035 is complemented by a workplace climate survey to listen to your team beyond the standard, and by ISO 45001 consulting if you want an occupational health and safety management system. The three initiatives share participation data and results by area, so you do not repeat surveys or ask your people the same questions twice.
Many action-plan measures go through supervisors. Soft skills courses on leadership, communication and conflict management fit into your STPS training plan and program with a DC-3 certificate. That way the NOM-035 action plan and the annual training move forward on the same calendar, with the same evidence and on the same platform.
