Team building for companies with a goal, tailored activities and measured results

A team building program that does not end with the group photo. We diagnose your team first, design the activities for the goal you actually have (integrating departments, unblocking communication, rebuilding trust, supporting a change), close with a workshop that grants a DC-3 certificate and measure at 30 days what changed. On-site at your facilities or a venue, virtual for remote teams and hybrid for both.

What is Geedle's team building for companies?

It is a team integration program with a defined goal and measurable results: a short team diagnosis, a day of activities designed for that goal (communication, trust, collaboration across departments or change), a closing workshop with a DC-3 certificate and a 30-day measurement. It runs on-site, virtual or hybrid, for teams of 8 to 300 people.

From goal to measurement in three steps

What separates purposeful team building from a day out: knowing what you want to change, designing for it and checking it.

Team diagnosis

Before proposing activities, we run a short survey with participants and interview the leader: what works, what gets stuck between departments, which conflicts exist and what should be different in 30 days. From that we define a concrete goal, not "getting together".

Activities designed for that goal

We select and adapt the team building activities to your goal: communication challenges under pressure, collaborative builds across departments, trust games, change simulations. Each activity closes with a guided reflection that links the experience to real work.

Workshop, agreements and measurement

We finish with a short workshop where the team turns the experience into three working agreements, with a DC-3 certificate for each participant. At 30 days we repeat the survey and review with the leader what changed and what is still missing.

01

Why do most team building events change nothing on Monday?

Because they are bought as an event, not as an intervention: a rally, a meal and photos for social media, with no goal the team knows about and no closing that connects the activity to work. People have fun (that is fine) and go back to the same silos, the same unanswered emails and the same conflict between two departments. Team building that actually changes something starts from a diagnosis, designs the activities for a concrete goal, closes with agreements and measures afterwards. That is why we combine the experience with a closing workshop and, when the problem is a skills gap, link it to the teamwork course.

02

What does Geedle's team building for companies include?

A short diagnosis (a 10-question survey for participants and an interview with the leader), the design of the day with team building activities adapted to your goal and your space, certified facilitators, materials, a closing workshop with team agreements and a DC-3 certificate, and a 30-day measurement with a report for management. We can add effective communication, active listening or leadership as workshop modules, and Geedle Bot so the agreements and content stay available afterwards. Formats: on-site at your facilities or an external venue, live virtual for remote teams, and hybrid.

03

How are team building results measured?

With the same survey before and 30 days after: clarity of goals, trust among colleagues, ease of asking another department for help, meeting quality and willingness to address conflicts directly. We add two or three indicators the leader already has, such as response times between departments, rework or voluntary turnover. We do not promise percentages: we compare your data before and after and review it with you. If your company applies NOM-035, the improvement in workplace relationships and social support also shows in the next diagnosis.

Why Geedle?

Six pieces of a team building program that shows at work

Each piece answers a question management asks before approving the budget.

Prior diagnosis

A short survey and an interview with the leader to define a concrete goal and a baseline for the team.

Goal-driven activities

Communication, trust, cross-department collaboration or change activities, adapted to your group, space and time.

Certified facilitators

Facilitators experienced with plant, office, healthcare and government teams, who close each activity with a guided reflection.

Workshop with DC-3 certificate

The closing turns the experience into three working agreements and grants a DC-3 certificate per participant.

On-site, virtual or hybrid

Sessions at your facilities or a venue, live video-call activities for remote staff, and combinations for distributed teams.

30-day measurement

We repeat the survey, compare it with the baseline and deliver a short report to management.

Tell us how many people, where they are and what gets stuck today. We send a proposal with three scope options the same day.

Workplace climate and NOM-035

If you want a fuller picture of the team, a workplace climate survey before the team building sharpens the goal, and the NOM-035 compliance service uses the session as a control measure for the workplace relationships and social support domains.

03

Onboarding and new teams

To integrate new hires, we combine the session with digital onboarding that presents culture, processes and colleagues before day one, and with the time management course when the new team needs meeting and response agreements from the start.
