Training courses for construction and energy: job site, field and plant

Training programs for construction companies, developers, mining, oil and gas, solar and wind farms and utilities in Mexico. Short courses delivered at the job site, at the camp or online, with a DC-3 certificate filed with the STPS and Geedle Bot, an AI agent that answers questions 24/7 with the exact minute of the recording, built for rotating crews and subcontractors.

What does Geedle's training for construction and energy include?

It is a catalog of courses for construction, mining and energy companies that combines technical and compliance courses (site safety and work at heights, first aid, 5S, NOM-035, ISO 9001 internal auditor) with soft skills for crew supervisors: leadership, communication and conflict resolution. Courses run at the job site or online, with a DC-3 certificate and Geedle Bot to answer questions 24/7.

01

Why does job-site training fail with traditional formats?

Because the people on a job site change every week: crews come and go with each stage of the project, subcontractors bring their own staff and work fronts sit in different municipalities. Getting everyone into a classroom for a full day stops progress and, by the time it happens, half of them have left the project before the inspection arrives. We design courses as 10-to-15-minute microlessons for the phone, short talks at the start of the shift on the work front itself and practice with your site's own equipment, scaffolds and procedures. Training moves at the pace of the project and each person's DC-3 record stays on file even if they work on another site tomorrow.

02

What matters more: safety or the supervisor's skills?

Both, because they go together. The site-safety, work-at-heights and first-aid courses cover what STPS standards such as NOM-031-STPS for construction and NOM-009-STPS for work at heights expect staff to know, without replacing legal advice or your company's procedures. But the person who decides whether the harness gets used is the foreman or site engineer who runs the crew. That is why the crew-supervision course works on the start-of-shift briefing, on-the-spot correction and communication with subcontractors, with rubric-observed role-plays and real situations from your work fronts.

03

How do we leave records for the STPS, the client and certification?

Every course records attendance, grades and progress on the platform and issues a DC-3 certificate to those who meet the criteria, including subcontractor staff if you agree it with them. That evidence serves STPS inspections, the safety requirements clients and developers demand before letting anyone onto their site, and ISO 9001 or ISO 45001 audits of your management system. Reports are consolidated by project, work front and contractor. If your company runs several sites at once, the e-learning platform for companies brings courses, records and Geedle Bot together in one place for all of them.

Artificial intelligence

An AI agent supports every participant during and after the course

Geedle Bot is trained on the syllabus, materials and recordings of your course. Participants ask in plain language and get an exact answer, not a generic one.

  • Knows every detail of the course: dates, syllabus, deliverables and certificate criteria
  • Solves problems in real time, at any hour, from Moodle, WhatsApp, Teams or Slack
  • Delivers the exact minute and second of the recording where the instructor explained the topic
  • Reinforces what was covered with summaries and review questions, and escalates to the instructor when needed
  • Shows HR which topics raise the most questions so the course can be adjusted

Training by role

Site and field workers: site safety and work at heights, first aid and 5S. Foremen, site engineers and supervisors: crew supervision, leadership, effective communication and conflict resolution. Technical office, purchasing and administration: business Excel, cybersecurity awareness, ISO 9001 internal auditor and NOM-035. Each path ends with a micro-credential and the DC-3 certificate of every course; browse the full course catalog.

02

Extinguisher and lockout simulators

For drills that are costly or dangerous to repeat on site or at the plant we use 360° simulators: extinguisher use and evacuation, lockout-tagout (LOTO) for electrical and mechanical maintenance, CPR and first aid. Participants practice on their phone or in a headset as many times as they need, and the instructor reviews the results before the on-site practice with the real equipment at your job site.

03

Management systems and workplace climate on site

Many construction and energy companies certify ISO 9001 or ISO 45001 because their clients require it. We support implementation and internal audits through ISO systems, and we measure the climate of crews and camps with the NOM-035 software before designing the course plan, so training responds to what actually happens on your work fronts.
