Train-the-trainer course for companies

A hands-on course for people who teach inside their organization: internal instructors, technical experts, supervisors who train others and business chambers that deliver courses to their members. Each participant designs and delivers a real session, with observed feedback, an AI agent that supports participants between sessions, and a DC-3 certificate filed with Mexico's STPS.

What changes in internal training after the course?

Internal courses with clear objectives and hands-on activities, sessions that stand without an overloaded sliofck, consistent assessment tools and organized records. The course does not replace certification in the CONOCER EC0217 standard, but it prepares participants to pursue it. We measure progress with the observed practice and a learning assessment.
