Negotiation course for companies

A negotiation course for people who close deals every day even without that job title: buyers, salespeople, managers who negotiate resources with other departments, coordinators who agree on deadlines with suppliers. We practice with negotiations from your operation, gamified challenges, an AI agent that supports participants between sessions, and a DC-3 certificate filed with Mexico's STPS.

Negotiation course

What is the negotiation course for companies?

It is a 12-hour program that teaches people to negotiate with a method rather than by instinct: prepare each negotiation with goals and alternatives, identify the other party's interests, argue with data, handle objections and pressure, and close agreements both sides keep. It runs live virtual, on-site or self-paced, includes a DC-3 certificate, and has simulations in every module.

What your team will be able to do

Learning objectives observable on the job.

  • Prepare every negotiation

Define your goal, your limit, your alternative and the information you need before sitting down.

  • Uncover interests

Ask and listen to understand what the other party really needs beyond what they ask for.

  • Argue and handle objections

Support your proposal with data and respond to pressure, anchors and tactics without over-conceding.

  • Close and formalize agreements

Build options that create value for both sides and leave a clear, verifiable agreement.

What changes in the operation after the course?

Negotiations that arrive prepared, with a goal, a limit and an alternative defined; fewer concessions made under time pressure; agreements with suppliers and customers that are put in writing and kept; and business relationships that survive hard bargaining. We measure before and after with a learning assessment and a final simulation graded with a rubric.
