Can you deliver the courses at our facilities in Puebla?

Yes. On-site courses are delivered in your room, plant, unit or office in Puebla and its metro area; we bring materials, activities and the platform to record attendance and assessment. If your team is spread across sites, the live virtual format brings them into the same session.

Do you complement the offerings of the state professionalization institute?

Yes. Our courses do not replace the state institute's offerings or the administrative-career programs; they add practical skills in citizen service, communication, leadership and data applied on the job, with a DC-3 certificate and platform records for the training unit.

How long does a proposal take?

Under 24 business hours. You tell us the course, the number of participants and tentative dates, and we send three scope options with a closed price, by WhatsApp or email.

Do the courses for government and public sector in Puebla include a DC-3 certificate?

Yes. Every course issues a DC-3 certificate with the STPS to each participant who meets attendance and assessment, and the records stay on the platform for inspections and audits.

What about questions after the session?

Geedle Bot, the course's AI agent, answers at any hour with the exact minute and second of the recording where the instructor explained the topic, and escalates to the instructor when the question calls for it.

How do we train government and public sector in Puebla?

Puebla's workforce is shaped by the automotive and auto-parts industry, textiles, services, and a huge university population that joins the region's companies every year. With them we run short courses applied from the first week, with team challenges, assessment before and after, and Geedle Bot supporting participants between sessions.

State government, metro municipalities and decentralized agencies in Puebla

Puebla city gathers the state government's ministries, the city council and decentralized agencies for water, health and education, plus metro municipalities such as San Andrés Cholula, San Pedro Cholula and Amozoc that grow with the metropolitan area. The state professionalization institute covers the administrative career; we complement it with citizen service, ethics and integrity and digital tools applied on the job. We schedule on-site sessions per area at the agency's offices and live virtual sessions to bring several municipalities together, with DC-3 records per area and per municipality.
