Soft skills courses

Soft skills for teachers course for companies

A hands-on course for elementary, middle school, high school and university teachers who master their subject and want to improve how they relate to students, families and colleagues. We work with real cases from your campus, rubric-observed role-plays, an AI agent that supports participants between sessions, and a DC-3 certificate filed with Mexico's STPS. It complements official pedagogical training; it does not replace it.

Soft skills for teachers course

What is the soft skills for teachers course?

It is a 12-hour program that builds the interpersonal skills that matter most in the classroom: communicating clearly with students and families, managing difficult groups, regulating one's own emotions, giving feedback that motivates and working with the department. It runs on-site, live virtual or self-paced, with a DC-3 certificate and classroom application.

Who is this course for?

Classroom teachers at every level, part-time instructors who are not trained educators, homeroom tutors and academic coordinators who support teachers. It works equally well in private schools, affiliated high schools and universities: cases are built from the situations your coordinators report and from your school rules.

02

What changes on campus after the course?

Parent meetings that end in agreements rather than complaints, fewer discipline incidents escalated to coordination, student feedback that is understood and acted on, and shorter department meetings with written agreements. We measure before and after with a learning assessment and, if you wish, with your institution's school climate survey.
