Spelling and professional writing course for companies

A Spanish spelling and professional writing course for the staff who write every day —emails, minutes, reports, official letters, proposals, messages to customers— and whose mistakes cost the company credibility. In 12 hours your team fixes the most frequent accent and punctuation errors, learns to structure a text so it is understood on the first read and writes with the right tone for each reader.

Spelling and professional writing course

What is the spelling and professional writing course?

It is a 12-hour program on written communication for work, in Spanish. The first part solves the spelling most often seen in a company's emails: accents on common words, capitals, punctuation (commas, semicolons, colons) and agreement. The second part is writing: how to organize an email, a report or an official letter so the reader finds what matters in the first line, how to write clearly and without filler, and how to adapt tone for a customer, a boss or a government agency. We work with real texts from the organization, not school dictations.

How long is the course and how is it delivered?

The exact duration is in the first card. It runs on-site at your company, live virtual for teams in several locations or self-paced on the platform; every participant who meets attendance and assessment receives a DC-3 certificate with the STPS, and Geedle Bot answers questions afterwards with the exact minute of the recording.

What your team will be able to do

Learning objectives observable on the job.

  • Fix the spelling most seen at work

Accents (stress rules and diacritics), capitals, b/v, s/c/z, h and the words most often confused in emails and documents.

  • Punctuate so the text breathes

Comma, full stop, semicolon, colon, parentheses and dashes; long sentences that become clear once punctuated well.

  • Structure emails, reports and official letters

Informative subject line, first line with what matters, one-idea paragraphs, closings with a clear action, and official letter and minutes formats.

  • Adapt tone and review before sending

Formal and informal register, tone for upset customers, plain and inclusive language without forcing it, and a two-minute review routine.

Syllabus

For companies, universities and government

01

For companies

Sales, customer service, purchasing and HR write on behalf of the company every day; an email with mistakes undermines a proposal. The course works with their real texts and leaves templates per area. We combine it with the customer service course.

02

For universities

Registrar, scholarships, student services and academic coordinators reply to hundreds of students and parents by email; the course leaves clear, correct template replies. It is part of the courses for university administrative staff.

03

For government

Official letters, replies to information requests and public notices in plain language, error-free and in the right format, with a DC-3 certificate per public servant. It is within the courses for government and the public sector.
