The exact minute of the recording
When the answer is in a recorded lecture, the tutor delivers a link to the minute and second where the professor explained it, so the student can listen again in context.
Geedle Bot for universities is an AI tutor that learns from each course's materials and lecture recordings. Your students ask at any hour and it answers with the source and the exact minute of the class, guides instead of solving homework, and gives coordinators data on the questions that come up most.

It is an AI assistant for students that answers questions using only each course's official materials: readings, slides and lecture recordings. Unlike a generic chatbot, it cites the source, points to the exact minute and second of the recording, follows academic integrity rules and integrates with the university's LMS.
Because a generic chatbot answers with what it learned from the internet: it can contradict the professor, invent references or solve the whole assignment. The Geedle tutor uses RAG over the course materials, which means it first searches the readings, slides and recordings the instructor uploaded and only then writes the answer, citing the source. If the question falls outside the syllabus, it says so and suggests asking the professor. That way AI in higher education reinforces what is taught in class instead of competing with it, and every answer can be checked.
Each course has an academic integrity mode the instructor configures. In that mode the tutor does not hand over answers to homework, exams or projects: it explains the concept, asks guiding questions, proposes a similar exercise and points to the part of the lecture where the topic was covered. The instructor decides which activities are locked and on which dates, for example during an online exam. Conversations are logged for coordinators according to university policy, and students know from the start that they are talking to an AI and what its rules are.
Instructors stop answering the same question by email twenty times and receive a summary of the topics that confuse their group most before the exam. Academic coordinators see, by course and program, which content generates the most questions, when students study and which materials should be redone. To prepare faculty for this new model we offer AI teacher training, and if the university does not yet have a solid virtual campus, we implement one with our Moodle-based e-learning platform, with the tutor integrated from day one and no complicated migrations.
Every piece is designed for the university classroom, not adapted from a sales chatbot.

When the answer is in a recorded lecture, the tutor delivers a link to the minute and second where the professor explained it, so the student can listen again in context.

In academic integrity mode it explains concepts, asks guiding questions and proposes similar exercises, without giving away the answer to the graded activity.

It appears inside each course on the virtual campus, with the login students already use and the materials instructors already uploaded.

Reports by course, group and program with the most asked topics and usage times, without exposing personal data that is not needed.

It answers at midnight before the exam, during breaks or from a phone on the bus, on the platform, WhatsApp or Teams as the university decides.
What the tutor does in every course from the first week of the term.
It answers only from readings, slides and recordings uploaded by the instructor, and always cites the source used.
It transcribes lecture recordings and links to the precise moment each topic was explained.
Instructors lock graded activities and the tutor guides with questions instead of giving answers.
It integrates with Moodle and other LTI-compatible LMSs, with institutional single sign-on.
Coordinators see frequent questions by course, group and program to adjust materials and tutoring.
Materials and conversations are used only for your university and do not train public models.
Launch a pilot of the AI tutor in a few courses and measure usage with real data. Request a proposal with three scope options.
We start with a focused pilot and scale by school when the data supports it.
We review your LMS, integrity and privacy policies, and choose the pilot courses and instructors with your coordinators.
Pilot planWe index readings, slides and lecture recordings for each course, and transcribe the videos with timestamps.
Knowledge base per courseWe define the academic integrity mode per course and integrate the tutor with Moodle or your LMS through single sign-on.
Tutor live on the virtual campusWe prepare instructors and students to use it well: what to ask, how to verify sources and what the tutor will not do.
Pilot groups runningWe review usage, frequent questions and satisfaction with coordinators, adjust and extend to more courses or schools.
Pilot report and scaling planThe difference is where the answer comes from and who sets the rules.

Geedle Bot lives inside the course, next to the readings and recordings students already use.

Each profile at the university uses it differently.
They solve questions at any hour and review the lecture right where they need it.
They upload their materials once and get summaries of what confuses the group most.
They see where students get stuck by subject, group and program.
They integrate the tutor with the LMS and control privacy and access.
The university tutor is a configuration of Geedle Bot for higher education. The same technology serves the university's administrative areas, such as registrar or admissions, with AI agents that answer procedures and connect to your systems.
The tool works best when professors know how to design activities that AI cannot complete for the student. Our teacher training covers authentic assessment, responsible AI use and hybrid course design, and can close with micro-credentials.
If your institution needs to renew its LMS, we implement a Moodle e-learning platform with your brand and the tutor already integrated. Also see our courses for universities for academic and administrative staff.
Kickoff workshops and on-site faculty training where we have a team, and the tutor working online for any campus in Mexico.
Tell us which LMS you use, how many courses you want in the pilot and whether you already record your classes. We reply the same day with a three-option proposal.
