Emergency brigade training with real practice and 360° simulators

We form and train your company's civil protection brigades: fire prevention and firefighting, first aid, evacuation and search and rescue. Each course combines theory on the platform, practice at your facilities and 360° fire extinguisher and CPR simulators to review without risk. We run drills, issue DC-3 certificates and leave the records organized for your internal civil protection program.

What is emergency brigade training?

It is the training of the staff who respond first to an emergency at the workplace: the fire brigade, the first aid brigade, the evacuation brigade and the search and rescue brigade. It includes theory, practice with real equipment and drills. With Geedle it adds 360° simulators, DC-3 certificates and records ready for your internal program.

01

Which brigades does your company need, and who should be on them?

It depends on the risk at your facilities, the number of people per shift and what the state or municipal civil protection authority requires. The usual setup is a fire brigade, a first aid brigade, an evacuation brigade and a search and rescue brigade, with members on every shift and in every area. We help you define the structure, the brigade member profiles and their alternates after a walkthrough of your facilities. Reviewing your legal obligations is up to your legal advisor: we take care of the training and its records.

02

What does Geedle emergency brigade training look like?

Each brigade gets its own course with a theory part on the platform and a practical part at your facilities. The fire brigade learns fire classes, extinguisher use and fighting incipient fires, aligned with the Mexican standard on fire prevention in workplaces (NOM-002-STPS). The first aid brigade practices assessment, CPR and bleeding control, and can add the first aid course with DC-3. Evacuation and rescue work on routes, head counts at the assembly point and area searches. Between sessions, brigade members review with the 360° simulators. Every course closes with a practical assessment at your site.

03

What records remain after the courses and drills?

Signed attendance lists, theory and practical assessments, DC-3 certificates for each brigade member, photos of the practice, the script of each drill with its timing and a findings report with improvement actions. Everything stays on the platform, organized by brigade and date, so your safety lead can add it to your internal civil protection program and show it during inspections. Important: Geedle does not issue civil protection registrations or approvals; those procedures are handled by the corresponding state or municipal authority. If you need it, we also help you schedule the next drill and the refresher sessions.

LMS + simulators

A simulator catalog inside your platform

Simulators live next to your courses: enrolled by role, with progress, attempts and certificates in the same report your managers already read.

  • Opens like any SCORM or xAPI course
  • Progress and attempts per person
  • Errors per step to spot risky habits
  • Certificates and DC-3 records when they apply

Why Geedle?

Six pieces of a brigade that actually responds

A yearly talk is not enough: the brigade needs structure, practice, review and drills with records.

Structure by shift

We define brigades, members, alternates and floor wardens by shift and area so there is always someone to respond.

Practice at your facilities

Extinguishers, stretchers, first aid kits and real routes: every course ends with practical exercises at your own workplace.

360° simulators

Brigade members review incipient firefighting, evacuation and CPR in the browser, with timed decisions and no risk.

Scripted drills

We plan the scenario, time the response, observe each brigade and deliver findings with improvement actions.

DC-3 certificates

Every brigade member who passes receives a DC-3 certificate with the STPS, and the platform keeps the record.

Review with Geedle Bot

Brigade members look up procedures and training recordings at any hour, with the exact minute of the topic.

When was your company's last drill, and what did you learn from it?

Technical and safety courses with DC-3

Complement brigade training with the first aid course and the rest of the technical courses with DC-3, available online, in person or blended for all your shifts. The dashboard shows which brigade members need a refresher and helps you schedule the next on-site practice with our instructors, so no shift is left without trained people.

03

Occupational health and safety

If your company is working toward a health and safety management system, emergency preparedness is one of its pieces. Learn about our ISO 45001 consulting and the corporate training that goes with it. The brigades, drills and their reports become direct evidence for that requirement of the management system and its audits.
