We design, implement, and run workplace climate and engagement surveys: a questionnaire tailored to your company, anonymous digital delivery on a platform in Spanish or English, results reported by area and by dimension, and a prioritized action plan built from the findings. For operations in Mexico, it also supports identifying the psychosocial risk factors NOM-035 requires.
The full cycle: questionnaire design tailored to your operation — dimensions, scales, and open questions —, digital implementation and delivery on a platform, internal communication to drive participation, and results reported by area and by dimension. We close with a prioritized action plan, so the measurement does not end up as a file nobody opens.
NOM-035, issued by the STPS — Mexico's labor authority —, requires workplaces in Mexico, including plants and offices of US-owned companies, to identify and analyze psychosocial risk factors and evaluate the organizational environment. A well-designed climate survey can incorporate those dimensions and give you evidence of how your workforce perceives them. And for the awareness and training component the regulation also requires, we offer NOM-035 compliance training online with DC-3 certificates.
They become decisions. Low scores by area usually point to concrete training needs — leadership, communication, team management — that feed directly into your training plan. Our corporate training can execute that plan in four combinable formats, with traceable evidence. And if you also want to measure individual performance, 360-degree feedback is the natural complement.
The value of a climate survey is not in running it — it is in what the company does next.
Dimensions, scales, and questions designed for your operation — not a generic template.
On a platform, from a computer or phone, with aggregated results that protect anonymity.
Strengths, low points, and comparisons, ready to present to leadership or a US headquarters.
Findings translated into concrete actions — many of them training actions.
Tell us how many people you have and how they work, and we will propose the instrument, the delivery calendar, and the reporting format.
