Instructional Design

Instructional design for digital learning

Instructional design turns subject-matter content into effective learning experiences. We define objectives, structure modules, write scripts, and design activities and assessments aligned to business outcomes, using active methodologies and challenge-based learning.

  • Free assessment
  • Proposal with 3 scope options
  • Measurable evidence

The difference between uploading content and driving learning

Instructional design defines what each person should be able to DO by the end, in what order they learn, which activities they practice with, and how the result is evidenced. We start from performance objectives with your in-house experts and document everything in an instructional script before producing a single screen. When a program spans several courses, we organize it into training tracks by role and set it up as learning paths in Moodle, so each person goes through only what their role needs, in the right order.

Process

How we work with you

Step 1

Free assessment

We review your platform, your content, and your metrics. We tell you what to improve even if you never hire us.

Step 2

Implementation and production

We install, configure, and produce with your brand, your courses, and your users — everything documented.

Step 3

Measurement and ongoing support

We launch, measure completion and learning, and the same team that implemented stays on for support.

Results you can measure

Learning technology your team will actually use

Behind every project there is a stable platform, content that engages, and data that proves progress. This is what eLearning looks like when it is done right:

  • Moodle optimized with Redis and Nginx — no outages at month-end close
  • SCORM courses with storytelling, challenges, and built-in assessment
  • Progress reports ready for leadership and audits
  • Support from the same team that implemented your platform

Live demo

Try it: operate an engine manipulator in 360°

A working scenario, built with WebGL, that runs in the browser without installing anything. Look around the cell, learn the pendant and complete the lifting cycle.

  • Look around the cell in 360° and change viewpoint
  • Every pendant button explained
  • Safety interlocks that stop a wrong move
  • Checklist, cell map and activity log (xAPI-style)

Storyboard

Every simulation starts as a storyboard

Before any 3D we define the target behavior, the decisions that matter and what happens when the participant gets it wrong. That is what makes a simulator teach instead of entertain.

  • Observable objective per scene
  • Decision tree with right and wrong paths
  • Feedback written for each error
  • Assessment criteria and what gets recorded

Simulation design

Instructional design for simulations and 360° scenarios

A simulator teaches when it is designed backwards from the behavior you need. These are scenarios we script, storyboard and produce.
