How long is the course and in what format?

It is 8 hours, usually in two 4-hour sessions per area or four 2-hour virtual micro-sessions. It can be on-site at the agency, live virtual, self-paced on the platform, or a combination. Exercises use your own forms, systems and anonymized files.

Does it include a DC-3 certificate?

Yes. Every participant who meets the attendance and assessment criteria receives a DC-3 certificate with the data required by Mexico's STPS, and the platform keeps attendance and grade records for the training unit, the transparency unit and the internal control body.

Is it legal advice on transparency or personal data?

No. The course explains the General Transparency Law and the LGPDPPSO in general terms and translates them into daily procedures with practical cases. To classify a specific document or resolve a specific case, we refer the participant to their institution's transparency unit, transparency committee or legal unit.

What about questions after the sessions?
