Patient safety course for companies

A patient safety course for nursing, medical, pharmacy and support staff in hospitals and clinics. We work on the international patient safety goals with cases from your own unit: identify correctly, hand off a shift without losing information, keep medication safe, prevent falls and report incidents without fear. With a DC-3 certificate and Geedle Bot for any shift.

Patient safety course

What is the patient safety course?

It is an 8-hour program that trains healthcare staff in the practices that most reduce preventable harm: correct patient identification, communication at shift handoffs, medication safety, fall prevention and incident reporting. It follows the international patient safety goals and runs live virtual, on-site or self-paced, with a DC-3 certificate filed with Mexico's STPS.

What changes in the unit after the course?

Patients identified with two identifiers at every intervention, shift handoffs with a structure that does not lose information, medication checks that actually happen, fewer falls and more incidents and near misses reported, which is the sign of a maturing safety culture. We measure with a learning assessment and, if you want, with your quality indicators.
