Public ethics and integrity course for companies

A hands-on course so staff at federal, state and municipal agencies understand what conduct public service expects of them and how to act in real dilemmas: gifts, conflicts of interest, use of resources, treatment of citizens. We work with cases from your agency, an AI agent between sessions and a DC-3 certificate. It does not replace advice from your legal unit or internal control body.

Public ethics and integrity course

What is the public ethics and integrity course?

It is an 8-hour program that translates Mexico's Code of Ethics and the General Law of Administrative Responsibilities into the public servant's daily conduct: conflicts of interest, gifts, use of public resources, common administrative offenses and how to report. It runs on-site, live virtual or self-paced, with a DC-3 certificate and cases from the agency itself.

Who is this course for?

All staff at an agency, from the counter to middle management, and especially newly hired public servants and the procurement, inspection, enforcement and resource-handling areas. It works in ministries, municipal governments, decentralized agencies, public hospitals and public universities; cases are built from the situations your internal control body or ethics committee reports.

What changes at the agency after the course?

Staff who recognize a conflict of interest before it becomes an offense, gifts and courtesies declined or declared according to protocol, use of vehicles, equipment and time within the rules, and more consultations with the ethics committee instead of blind decisions. We measure before and after with a dilemma-based learning assessment, and the records support the agency's integrity program.
