Agile and Scrum course for companies

A hands-on agile and Scrum course for development, product, support and IT teams that want to run real sprints rather than go through the motions. We apply roles, events and artifacts to your own projects, with a simulated sprint, Geedle Bot between sessions and a DC-3 certificate filed with Mexico's STPS.

Agile and Scrum course

What is the agile and Scrum course?

It is a 12-hour program that teaches how to apply Scrum and other agile practices with judgment: values and principles, roles, events and artifacts, backlog management, estimation, metrics and retrospectives that improve the team. It runs live virtual, on-site or self-paced, with a DC-3 certificate. It is not an official Scrum certification, but practice applied to the team's context.

What changes in the operation after the course?

Backlogs prioritized by value criteria rather than by whoever asked last, sprints with a clear goal and realistic scope, fifteen-minute dailies that actually coordinate, retrospectives that produce concrete changes and metrics that show progress to the business without jargon. We measure before and after with a learning assessment and, if you want, an agile maturity assessment of the team.
