In 12 hours your team learns to draft emails, minutes, proposals and analyses with AI, to ask for things properly (prompts) and to do it under a clear data policy. What is the generative AI and Copilot for the office course?
It is a 12-hour program of practical AI literacy for people who work with documents, emails, spreadsheets and meetings. We work with the tools the organization already has: Microsoft 365 Copilot in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams, or ChatGPT and Gemini when there is no Copilot. Participants learn to write prompts that produce useful results, to summarize and draft, to analyze data in Excel with natural language, to prepare presentations and to transcribe and summarize meetings, always under a usage policy that defines which data may and may not be shared. Teachers have their own version: the AI in education course.
How long is the course and how is it delivered?
The exact duration is in the first card. It runs on-site at your company, live virtual for teams in several locations or self-paced on the platform; every participant who meets attendance and assessment receives a DC-3 certificate with the STPS, and Geedle Bot answers questions afterwards with the exact minute of the recording.
