How long is the 5S course and in what format?

It is 8 hours, usually in two 4-hour sessions or four 2-hour virtual micro-sessions. It can be live virtual, on-site at your plant or office, self-paced on the platform, or a combination. The on-site format allows working on the pilot area live; in the virtual one the team works on it between sessions and shares photos.

Does it include a DC-3 certificate?

Yes. Every participant who meets the attendance requirement and submits the pilot area evidence receives a DC-3 certificate with the data required by Mexico's STPS. The platform keeps the attendance, the before-and-after photos and the grades for your audits and inspections.

Does it also work for offices and digital areas?

Yes. The same principles apply to desks, filing cabinets, shared folders and email: sort what is not used, define where each file lives, clean up duplicates, standardize names and audit periodically. If your team is administrative, the pilot area can be physical, digital or both.

What happens when questions come up while applying 5S in the area?
