Instructional design course for companies

An instructional design course for in-house trainers, training coordinators and subject-matter experts who need to turn what they know into courses that people finish and apply. We work on a real project from your company, from analysis to evaluation, with an AI agent that supports participants between sessions and a DC-3 certificate filed with Mexico's STPS.

Instructional design course

What is the instructional design course?

It is a 20-hour program that teaches how to design training courses with ADDIE: analyze the need, write measurable objectives, structure the content, build the storyboard, design the assessment and produce microlearning. It runs live virtual, on-site or self-paced, includes a DC-3 certificate, and every participant finishes with the design of a real course for their company.

01

Who is this course for?

In-house trainers, human resources coordinators, technical leads who teach their own teams, and e-learning teams that produce content for Moodle or another LMS. No previous teaching background is required; what is required is a real topic the company needs to teach.

02

What changes in the operation after the course?

Courses with measurable objectives instead of topic lists, assessments that actually check whether a person can do the job, shorter and better-sequenced materials, and a repeatable process to design the next training without starting from scratch. Each participant leaves with a course designed and ready for production.

Artificial intelligence

An AI agent supports every participant during and after the course

Geedle Bot is trained on the syllabus, materials and recordings of your course. Participants ask in plain language and get an exact answer, not a generic one.

  • Knows every detail of the course: dates, syllabus, deliverables and certificate criteria
  • Solves problems in real time, at any hour, from Moodle, WhatsApp, Teams or Slack
  • Delivers the exact minute and second of the recording where the instructor explained the topic
  • Reinforces what was covered with summaries and review questions, and escalates to the instructor when needed
  • Shows HR which topics raise the most questions so the course can be adjusted

Which format suits each course?

All of them issue a DC-3 certificate and leave records on the platform; what changes is how people practice and how the calendar is organized.
