Train crews spread across restaurants in several Mexican states and the United States with the same standard — and give every employee a clear view of how to grow inside the company.
What we did
- A virtual learning platform set up as the chain’s corporate university, for every location in both countries.
- A custom plugin that shows each employee their learning path and career growth as a visual map.
- Gamification with a personal avatar, coins and diamonds that reward progress.
