Checklist: prepare your ISO 9001:2015 internal audit

Before your ISO 9001:2015 internal audit, verify twelve points: scope defined, impartial auditors, current policy and objectives, risks up to date, controlled documentation, KPIs with data, previous nonconformities closed, complaints analyzed, competence backed by evidence, suppliers evaluated, management review completed, and corrective actions with an owner and a date.
